At Just Checkup, we strive to make the payment process simple, secure, and transparent for all our users. Below are the terms and conditions related to payments:
Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
- Net Banking
- Digital Wallets (e.g., PayPal, Google Pay, PhonePe, Apple Pay)
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
- Indian Wallets (e.g., Paytm, Freecharge, Mobikwik)
Payment Processing
- All payments must be made in full at the time of booking an appointment.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not store any sensitive payment information.
Taxes and Fees
- The total price displayed at checkout includes all applicable taxes and processing fees.
- Any additional charges, such as consultation fees or lab fees, will be explicitly stated during the booking process.
Refund Policy
We aim to provide a seamless experience, but we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require refunds. Below are the guidelines:
Eligibility for Refunds
- Cancellation by the User: Refunds are available if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by Just Checkup or the Service Provider: If your appointment is canceled by Just Checkup or the healthcare provider, a full refund will be issued.
Refund Process
- Refund requests must be initiated through the Just Checkup platform by contacting our customer support team.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
- No-shows or failure to attend the scheduled appointment.
- Services already rendered or partially completed.
- Any fees for add-ons such as reports, prescriptions, or follow-up consultations.
Changes to Appointments
- Users may reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without additional charges.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur additional fees, subject to the service provider’s discretion.
